Or Shalom COVID-19 Precautions

Updated November 23, 2022

  • Or Shalom requires all eligible people to be fully vaccinated when participating in our programs (including booster for those eligible).
  • All congregants, guests and participants will be required to wear masks during our services. We strongly recommend KN95 or N95 masks. We also would appreciate it if you would wear at mask at community wide events.
  • Congregants may unmask to eat and drink at our post-service Oneg.
  • Please refrain from attending in-person events if you have symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19 positive cases. We also ask that you contact Or Shalom to let us know if any guests subsequently learned that they may have been sick with COVID while at a service or ceremony. Please contact Amy at amy@orshalom.org.
    • Symptoms of COVID-19 include:
      • Fever, chills, or repeated shaking/shivering
      • Cough, sore throat
      • Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing
      • Feeling unusually weak or fatigued
      • Loss of taste or smell
      • Muscle pain, headache (more than usual)
      • Runny nose or congested nose
      • Diarrhea
      • A temperature over 100 degrees

We continue to offer services and programs via Zoom for those who do not feel comfortable attending gatherings. When our services are not in-person, we do our best to offer them via Zoom. Check our calendar for the latest programming.
