High Holy Days
Please join us for our joyous, musical, and meaningful services for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. As always, our in-person family services are open to those who are not yet members of Or Shalom. We are making our online services available to all who are interested. In lieu of tickets, your donation is appreciated.
Family Services
Or Shalom invites families with children to our family services, in-person and outdoor in the courtyard of the First Unitarian Universalist Center at 1187 Franklin St, San Francisco. Services are free to all, but registration by September 3 is required to attend. You can register here.
We invite all families, regardless of membership status, to attend our family services.
Main Services
Our main services will be available through YouTube Live and will feature professional, multi-camera views. Rabbi Katie, Alison, our Music Ensemble, and those with honorary roles will be on-site, leading services together.
Embodied Spiritual Practice via Zoom - Saturday, 9/11/21 at 10am, During this two-hour online workshop, explore our theme, Turning & Returning, through movement, meditation, prayer, and poetry with Gail Gurewitz and Rabbi Katie. For all levels and abilities. Register here for link.
Sukkot - Join us in person for Sukkot, Friday, September 24 at 5pm at Pine Lake in Stern Grove. Please register to attend.
Simchat Torah - Or Shalom and Ner Tamid will offer a Simchat Torah service via Zoom. More details to follow.
