High Holy Days

Please join us in our joyous, musical, meaningful services for Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Simchat Torah and Sukkot.

Our High Holy Days services are held offsite at the beautiful, wood-lined sanctuary of the Unitarian Universalist church at Franklin and Geary in San Francisco.

Rabbi Katie Mizrahi and Music Director David Cohen-Tzedek lead the services along with the choir and musical ensemble. Many members participate by chanting Torah in Hebrew and English, reading parts of the services, and offering their thoughts on the holy days’ work of forgiveness and atonement.

Our full schedule of services include some that are specifically intended to be child-centered. During other services, additional children's activities are scheduled; pre-registration for these children’s activities is required.

Members will receive High Holy Day tickets in late August.  If you have not renewed your membership yet, please do so to guarantee your tickets.  Non-members can request tickets below.

No one is turned away due to lack of tickets or funds. Contact the office if you have questions.

Please make yourself welcome at our services!
